Event Details

Join us for another sunny afternoon (hopefully!) with the Joppa Shoreline group. We’ll be planting Scottish native wildflower plug plants into the flower beds around the ‘mounds’ site at Seaview Terrace, Joppa. This is part of an ongoing project to improve the amenity grassland at Joppa for people and for wildlife, and follows planting earlier this year. We’ll be planting species such as sea pea, thirft, Scot’s lovage and wild carrot.

Please dress for the weather, wear sensible shoes and if you have gardening gloves and trowels you can bring these with you if you’d like (though not necessary). Also remember to bring a drink with you, and a snack if you’d like to.

Meet at the amenity grassland on Seaview Terrace, just east of the Rockville Hotel.
