Firth Aid - Aberlady

By ELGOL Fund for Nature

Aberlady is a prime example of the water pollution issues local communities around the Firth of Forth are facing. We have been working with the Aberlady community in East Lothian to highlight sewage pollution in an area of highly protected coastal and marine habitats and have used the area as a test case. Below is an infographic  which highlights the pressures faced by local residents and which provides suggestions and advice for other communities around the Forth on how to address similar issues in their locality
